What's for Breakfast? Whole Wheat Pancakes
You will need the following:
2 cups of whole wheat flour
4 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Two teaspoons of cinnamon
Two teaspoons of sugar
2 eggs
2 cups plus two tablespoons of fat-free milk
Two teaspoons of vanilla
Cooking spray
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix well with a spoon until there are no dry spots. Don't overmix
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray oil to coat and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot skillet. When the pancakes start to bubble, flip.
