DMYW: Yummy Butter Tarts
1 package of small tart shells
1 beaten egg
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Add the brown sugar to the egg and beat well. Add the butter and continue beating the mixture. Add the raisins, cream, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add the pie mixture to the tart shells.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until filling is puffed and golden brown.
